I was able to find a product on their website that I wasn't able to find elsewhere or it cost much more from other vendors. Purchasing process was simple and straightforward & website is easy to navigate. Delivery time does take some time (understandable since company is based in Lithuania and purchase had to go through customs), but I was able to get in touch with customer service easily and the item arrived within the estimated delivery time window (3-4 weeks). Item was packaged well and not damaged and the free shipping was a bonus. Very satisfied with my experience with this vendor and plan to purchase again from them in the future.
